We’re hiring a full-time mechanic

Join a well-established local garage with a loyal customer base and a 5-star reputation on Google. You’ll work alongside Brian, who brings over 20 years’ experience in the motor trade, servicing and maintaining all makes and models.

What you’ll do

• Carry out minor and major services on all makes and models
• Diagnose faults and carry out general repairs, including brakes, suspension, steering, linkages and ball joints
• Complete post-NCT repair work
• Check each vehicle for wear and tear and note any further work needed
• Keep job records accurate and the workshop clean, safe and organised

What we’re looking for

• A fully qualified motor mechanic (QQI Level 6, National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a qualified mechanic
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• A full, clean driving licence
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team
• Clear communication and fluent English
• Eligible to work in Ireland
